This Week at Iqra!

As Salamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

 

This week at Iqra, Imam Khalil Abdur-Rashid will give a talk on "The Prescription for Community Life in the Quran". This talk will feature an analysis of the Quranic verses which directly and indirectly describe communal interaction and responsibilities. Imam Khalil will explain how the implementation of the verses enhance Muslim communal life at Iqra specifically and how they inspire us to rise to Allah's expectation of us of being the best ummah in general.

 

Imam Shair will be traveling this weekend. His class is canceled for this Saturday. The program itinerary for this Saturday is as follows:

3:30 - 3:45  Asr Prayer

4:00 - 4:30  Quranic Recitation (part 1)

4:35 - 4:50  Break for Maghrib Prayer

5:00 - 5:15  Quranic Recitation (part 2)

5:30 - 6:30  Arabic Language & French Table

7:00pm       Dinner

8:00pm       Talk by Imam Khalil
