This chapter seeks to examine the reception of Ibn 'Arabī' hagiology by the Ottoman Shaykh al-Islām (seyhülislām), Ibn Kemāl, also known as Kemālpasāzāde, was regarded by admirers as the ‘Avicenna of Anatolia’.
